Serve Up Hope: Volunteers Needed!

Our upcoming Pickleball Funds the Cure Tournament is about more than just dinks and overhead slams—it’s about funding life-saving pediatric cancer research. We are looking for a team of enthusiastic volunteers to help us make this event a success and support kids in their toughest fight.

• Date: April 25-26, 2026

• Location: DoubleTree by Hilton in Rohnert Park

How You Can Help

We have roles for everyone. Choose one or more role/shift; Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Court Monitors: Shifts: 8am-12pm and 12pm-4pm.

• Welcome & Registration:  Shifts: 7am-11am and 11am-2pm.

• Hydration & Snack Station:  Shifts: 8am-12pm and 12pm-4pm.

• Setup/Court Prep:  Shift: 7am-8am.

• Photographer:  Shifts: 8am-12pm and 12pm-4pm.

• Take Down:  Shift: 3pm-5pm.

Why Volunteer?

Aside from the "warm fuzzies" of supporting pediatric cancer research, all volunteers will receive:

• An official event pin

• Refreshments.

• The best seat in the house to watch some great pickleball!
