CODE OF CONDUCT
Sportsmanship and Respect
Treat all players, officials, and spectators with courtesy.
Display good sportsmanship—win or lose.
Avoid taunting and offensive language/gestures towards others.
Never throw paddles or enter courts mid-point.
Offer advice only when requested.
Fair Play
Follow the rules and play honestly.
Respect others’ calls; if unsure, discuss politely and accept the outcome.
Safety
Play safely and avoid reckless actions.
Wear eye protection and suitable court shoes.
Stop play for unsafe situations; return stray balls appropriately.
Integrity
Be fair and honest; no cheating or intentional miscalls.
Self-correct when mistakes occur.
Respect the facility.
Care for courts, nets, and equipment.
Follow site-specific rules (footwear, cleanup, etc.)
Positive Attitude
Encourage and support others.
Be gracious in victory or defeat.
Conflict Resolution
Handle disagreements calmly and respectfully.
Seek compromise or involve another member if needed—then move on.
Reporting Misconduct
Report unacceptable behavior to any Club officer.
Members should self-report any misconduct.
Violations of this Code of Conduct will be reviewed by the Board and may result in suspension or termination of membership. Following this Code ensures a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.
